Best women’s all-mountain skis (2026/27)
A shortlist from the reviewed 2026/27 catalogue. Betterskis has not tested these skis itself: the selection uses each ski’s reviewed suitability, the manufacturer’s specifications and the independent tests linked on its page.
Women’s skis differ from unisex models in different ways depending on the brand. Some use their own construction with a lighter core or different flex; others share a construction with a unisex ski and change the length range, graphics or mounting position. A women’s model is not automatically softer or easier, and many of the skis below are aimed at strong skiers. The useful question is whether a ski’s flex, weight and lengths suit you.
For all-mountain skiing, width sets the balance between groomers and soft snow. Waists in the mid-80s of millimetres favour piste days with occasional excursions, while waists in the mid-90s to around 100 mm handle more chopped and fresh snow but need more effort to tip on firm runs. Metal laminates add stability at speed; lighter wood, carbon or fibreglass builds are easier to turn in bumps and trees.
Length is often where women’s models help most, because their size ranges start shorter than unisex skis. Most skiers end up between chin and head height, adjusted for weight, speed and how much off-piste skiing they do. Several brands offer the same family in more than one width, so if a ski appeals but its width does not, check its siblings.

Choose the 93 Ti W if you want a one-ski resort setup for carving and exploring variable snow, and you like a precise, damp feel. It is easier to move across the hill than the 104, but still has a strong metal-reinforced character; relaxed skiers or those prioritizing easy skidding in tight bumps may prefer a lighter, more forgiving model.

Choose the Santa Ana 92 for an advanced skier or expert who wants one resort ski for groomers, bumps, woods and occasional soft snow, with a strong preference for stability and predictable response. Skiers seeking a loose, playful powder shape should look wider; lighter intermediates may prefer a softer construction.

Choose it if you are an advanced skier who likes a supportive, directional platform and will spend plenty of time carving or making deliberate turns through variable snow. AtomicMAVEN 88 CTI
The Atomic MAVEN 88 CTI is a women’s all-mountain ski for resort skiers who want quick direction changes, reliable grip and a lively response in bumps, trees and on groomers. Choose the Maven 88 CTI if you ski actively and want a fairly light, precise ski that can move between firm runs, moguls and tight off-piste lines. It is not a heavy, metal-damped charger for straight-line speed through deep chop, and its 88 mm waist offers less flotation than a wider freeride ski.

AtomicMAVEN 86 C
The Atomic MAVEN 86 C is a women’s resort all-mountain ski aimed at skiers who value easy handling and quick turns over a heavy, planted feel. The Maven 86 C makes sense for intermediate-to-advanced skiers who want a manageable daily ski and are still building confidence off trail. Skiers who routinely charge through broken snow, want strong damping at speed or put substantial pressure into a long carved turn may prefer the more powerful Maven 88 CTI or a heavier metal-laminate design.

A harder-charging skier focused on firm snow may prefer the stiffer Ripstick 88 W Black Edition, while frequent powder days call for a wider waist.
