Overview

The Dynastar M-Pro 94 Ti Open is a directional all-mountain ski for skiers who spend most of the day on groomers but still want to explore bumps, trees and softer snow. Its 94 mm waist gives it more room off trail than a narrow carver, while the shape and metal reinforcement favor controlled turns and a composed ride over a loose, park-oriented feel. The 2027 graphic refresh keeps its established construction. This Open version is sold without bindings.

Dynastar combines a three-direction poplar-and-polyurethane Hybrid Core 2.0 with fiberglass, full sidewalls and a Ti Rocket Frame 2.0 reinforcement. Long tip and tail rocker help release the ends in bumps and soft snow, while camber and full sidewalls maintain edge contact on firmer pistes. SkiEssentials testers described it as dependable and broad-ranging, with useful rebound from its camber. Some found the ride conservative rather than especially lively.

Choose it if you want one ski for a resort day split between groomed runs and detours, and value stability and predictability over maximum float or freestyle versatility. Its fit is strongest for advanced and expert skiers who can pressure the front of the boot and make deliberate turns. Testers differed on how exciting it felt, but agreed that it handles varied terrain without a dramatic weakness. It is still 94 mm wide: a dedicated piste ski will feel quicker edge to edge, and a wider freeride model will offer more support in deep snow.

Construction & features

What the M-Pro 94 Ti Open is built from, and what that means on snow.

  1. 01

    Hybrid Core 2.0

Poplar and polyurethane are combined in a core designed to keep a lively wood response while reducing glue and composite layers.

  2. 02

    Three-direction poplar/PU core

The wood layers run longitudinally, across the ski and vertically; Dynastar says this supports flex response, torsional control and compression resistance.

  3. 03

    Progressive rocker

Long, high tip and tail rise help the ski release and maneuver more easily in soft snow, bumps and tighter terrain.

  4. 04

    Adaptativ Sidecut

A smoother transition between the waist and the tip/tail geometry helps the ski enter and finish turns progressively.

  5. 05

    Full sidewalls

Full-length vertical sidewalls transfer pressure to the edges for grip, precision and balance.

  6. 06

    Ti Rocket Frame 2.0

Titanal is shaped to add power and smooth control while keeping the ski’s weight down, according to Dynastar.

  7. 07

    Sintered HD base

A sintered base is designed for glide across snow conditions.

  8. 08

    Open/flat ski

Bindings are sold separately; this profile represents the ski-only Open configuration.
