The Blizzard Stormbird 80 TI + TP11 Light Demo is a frontside package for skiers who want supportive carving without a demanding race-style setup. Despite the model name, Blizzard publishes an 82 mm waist for this exact SKU. The four lengths from 165 to 180 cm span 13–16 metre radii, favoring short and medium turns. The TP11 Light Demo binding is included.
A Ti Glass Sandwich construction and Trueblend Piste woodcore provide metal support and a flex tuned along the ski. That combination favors a damp, planted feel when the edge is loaded. Two millimetres of early tip rise soften turn entry, while the camber-biased profile and partial ABS sidewalls keep useful contact on groomers. It is a more directional, edge-focused shape than a rockered freeride ski, with less room to smear a turn casually.
Choose it for an intermediate through expert skier who spends most days on prepared runs and enjoys building pressure through a carve.
