Stance W 80 + M10 GW

The 2027 Salomon Stance W 80 is the approachable, frontside-focused end of the women's Stance range. Its 80 mm waist and tight radii make it quick edge to edge on groomers, while rocker at both ends leaves room for bumps and low-angle detours. The M10 GW binding is included with this package, and the ski is aimed at building confidence rather than chasing maximum speed.

This model uses a poplar woodcore with a single titanal insert underfoot. The Ti-C Frame combines central metal support with carbon toward the forebody and tail, keeping the ski lively without a full-length metal laminate. Semi-sandwich construction combines sidewall support underfoot with a more forgiving cap toward the ends, while the 2 mm steel edge supplies durable material for repeated tuning. Its 15% tip and 12% tail rocker help the short-radius shape release turns. The result is forgiving and energetic, with a clear limit under aggressive, high-speed pressure.

Choose it for groomers, learning areas, light bumps and mixed resort snow when easy turn initiation matters most. Progressing intermediates can develop edge control, while less aggressive advanced skiers may appreciate its low-effort feel. Skiers who charge steep hardpack or seek deep powder should move to a stiffer or wider ski. The M10 GW binding uses a 3–10 DIN range.
