Its 66–68 mm waist and 7–9 metre radii keep the ski compact and easy to bring around, while Salomon describes the set as providing precision, grip and stability as lighter skiers develop. The emphasis is easy steering on marked runs.

A composite core keeps the ski light and maneuverable, and the monocoque construction provides a simple, forgiving structural shell rather than a demanding race build. Juniortrak joins the ski and supplied binding into one practical set. The on-piste profile and short radii favor quick direction changes at modest speeds, but the narrow shape is designed for marked runs and offers little help in deep or broken snow.

Choose it for a beginner junior who needs a manageable ski for first linked turns and steady progress on groomers. The 100 cm length is the shortest option, followed by 110 and 120 cm as the skier grows. Its light construction should reduce effort during practice, though a child who already skis aggressively may soon need the larger M platform or a stronger ski, while a wider junior ski makes more sense for regular soft-snow exploration.
