The Salomon EQUIPE JR M + C5 GW is a light junior piste package for a child building reliable turns on groomed snow. Its 68 mm waist and 11–14 metre radii give the three lengths a quick, approachable shape, while Salomon positions the set for lighter skiers developing precision, grip and stability. Race-inspired styling accompanies a simple learning construction suited to marked runs.

The composite core keeps the ski light and easy to maneuver, and the monocoque construction uses a single structural fiber layer to keep the platform forgiving and durable. Juniortrak connects the ski and supplied binding as a simple package. The on-piste profile and modest sidecut should make basic edge changes and short linked turns easy to practise, but the narrow waist and light build are intended for groomed snow rather than deep powder or rough off-piste terrain.

Choose it for a beginner or progressing junior who is ready to move from basic steering toward cleaner turns and more confidence on marked runs. The 130 cm length is the most compact option; 140 and 150 cm add reach as the skier grows. The easy handling is useful for learning, but a powerful junior who already drives hard edges may outgrow it, while a child who wants to explore powder and park features will need a different shape.
