Rustler 9

Rustler 9 is for skiers who like to ski with intent, not just cruise. At 96 mm underfoot, it sits in that sweet spot where it can rail a hardpack lap, slash a wind-buffed side hit, and still feel composed when the snow turns cut-up. The personality is energetic and a little mischievous: it wants you to push, pop, and change your mind mid-run without punishing you for it.

The feel is quick and lively, but not nervous. Tip it over and it hooks up fast; stay on it and it feels planted enough to carry speed through rough patches. Compared with softer, more passive skis, Rustler 9 gives you more feedback and more rebound out of each turn. It rewards an active stance and stronger input, which is why advanced skiers tend to click with it immediately.

Bottom line: this is a modern all-conditions freeride tool for people who want one ski that can carve, charge, and still feel playful when the terrain gets creative. If you want a damp, dead ride, look elsewhere. If you want a ski that feels alive under your feet and makes everyday resort laps feel more dynamic, Rustler 9 absolutely delivers that vibe.
